If I am to ask what was your story is? would you be able to tell me in concrete terms?
We all have stories; our life’s experiences are totally unique to us and there is really no two persons with the same life experiences.
What is your story – that is the question I ask you today.
Understanding your story may not be easy to unearth especially if you are hiding away from it or you don’t want to accept it.
The reality is there are always aspects of our lives that we wished never happened, we don’t want to let others know it so we hide, we hide behind the mask of being good enough, being perfect, being strong – when we really are not.
What is your story?
Your path to healing is found in who you are what you are have overcome as an individual
If we want freedom we need to become comfortable in telling our stories
If might haunts us but we would find healing and hope there. We might cry and sometimes feel hopeless like the abyss of our past seems to engulf us but if we can look up we would find some ray of sunlight streaming through.
So how do we know what makes up our individual stories?
Let answers some questions
How was growing up for you – it was either good or bad, write the answers out and the hidden stories there.
Who were your top influencer’s growing up – they neither influenced you in a good way or a bad way – write the history behind that down too.
What was your relation with your parents and family members growing up – they say the people that are close to us the most are the ones that can hurt us easily – well that another story waiting to be written why don’t you write it down.
What are your dreams and aspirations and WHY do you have them – it is funny how the reason we want things sometimes are really not truly ours – why would you want to pursue something with your time and strength when it adds no value to your life personally and is not something you truly ones – write the down the answers you find here.
Is story box filling up – I believe so – by writing the answers down you begin to get more clarity on who you are as an individual what has influenced you and where you want to go
You might know the famous words “face your giant” but really sometimes the biggest giants we would face can be our past.
So, while on this journey of knowing your story think deep and ask yourself questions.
Questions you have never really given yourself the permission to ask – the answers you get might surprise you but keep on asking and in the end, give your story a title it deserves it
What big questions will you be asking yourself today and what would it be titled?

If I asked you what do you wanted from your life what would be your answer
Do you know what you want with clarity?
Clarity of purpose is Gold in the midst of a confusing world.
The clarity which is knowing what one’s wants and taking steps towards it with full belief in oneself is rare.
One of the biggest challenges we all face is getting clarity on what we really want.
So, do you know what you want from your life? Write it all down and if you don’t know it, the questions below might help you.
Remember Life lived without purpose is a wasted life.
A life lived without an understanding of one’s desires is an ignorant life.
Life without action towards what one wants – should never be lived.
If you work for only money – you become money.
If you work for a cause your life takes on a higher and greater meaning.
Answer these clarity questions –
- If you could be anything in life what would you choose
- If you had all the money in the world was would you do
- If you never had to worry about anybody’s expectation of you where would you be
- If death were to come to tomorrow what things would you have done to make life worth it
- What legacy do I want to leave behind?
- What do you want people saying about you after your death
- What problems do I want to solve?
- What do you want from my life
Now ask yourself WHY – why do you want what you want
Is it to please an individual other than yourself
It is just for selfish reasons or for a greater cause
Your Why is much more important than your WHAT
So, ask WHY
Now that you know WHY
Now takes some step towards that desire
If You can’t soar, Fly
If you can’t fly, run
If you can ‘t run, walk
If you can’t walk, crawl
But by all means, keep moving (towards your dreams and goals) – Martin Luther King Jnr.
Lastly Belief in yourself
If you think you are beaten – you are
If you think you dare not – you don’t
If you want to win but think you can’t – it almost certain you won’t
If you think you ‘ll lose – you have lost
For out of the world we find that success begins with a fellow will
It is all a state of mind
Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger or faster man
But sooner or later the man who wins
is the one who thinks he can
See you on top

Quality is defined by the dictionary as a degree or grade of excellence or worth
To me, Quality means to choose the possible best with your means per time
Why do I say choose quality because I believe it is a mindset that needs to be developed
The funny thing is I didn’t always believe in this so it like me preaching to my old self which I see in a lot of people
But where do you from start – it starts with the people that surround you and is influencing you.
An example for me is having a boss that spent a lot of money on dresses I always wondered why would you spend that much and he would say your dress is an asset (I don’t believe in this fully by the way)
But one thing I then realized is that in a way it was the truth by choosing to buy quality items he used them over and over and over till he got tired of it
The same thing started happening in my life too so you can say I got influenced by my boss. I started out small, buying quality.
Well, what did I find out anytime I bought a piece of dress that was a bit expensive compared to my cheap one it outlasted the other.
The same went for bags, wristwatches etc. you get my point in a weird way. I saved a lot of money by purchasing an expensive quality product than buying cheap
You need to get great influencers around you – those that will make you see the value of getting something that is worthwhile instead of cheap
Be on the conscious lookout for influencers.
Secondly – Make a personal decision to choose quality
For me, I made a decision that anytime I want to get something I would only buy Quality no more no “okay product” or “let us manage”. I would buy the very best my income could allow me per time.
I have been tempted sometimes to backslide but making this decision ahead of time has helped me to remain conscious of picking only quality item alone instead of being shortsighted by cheap.
So, what is my point here, well it is simple – choose quality over cheap every time and as much as you can.
Make that decision and stick to it Every day.
Now I don’t mean borrowing money and being in debt because you want to buy some quality item. which is the reason I defined quality as getting the very best with your means per time.
If what you can afford is 5,000 naira on shirt maximum then go for it and don’t ever put yourself in debt because of quality.
You need to find balance here as the tendency to go overboard can be pretty high
As you increase in wealth Always chose quality based on your income level per time.
3 benefits of choosing quality
- It saves you money
- It builds your confidence in yourself by choosing quality items. you tell yourself indirectly “I matter” “I deserve this”, “I am worth this”.
- It has a multiplier effect on your income – if you can think it you can have it when your mind can see a certain amount of possession as nothing it helps you to be able to think higher and see more opportunities than you would have if you never stretch yourself before.
What do you believe is going to be your hardest struggle in choosing quality – comment below to let me know?

God purpose – God original intention for creating you. Purpose is defined by reason. for what reason did God count creating me necessarily.
For what reason did God count creating you necessarily.
God’s assignment- is God service call for you on the earth that is consistent with His ultimate purpose.
Being a Gardener was Adams assignment being in fellowship was His purpose.
We are created for fellowship and relationship – that is our ultimate purpose.
The Ultimate purpose of every man is in his personal ministry to his creator you were created to please God.
No God – no Purpose – it also impossible to discern your assignment for life without knowing God.
Our discovering of our assignment is dependent on how intimate we are with the spirit of God.
You need to trust that God plans are better than yours.
God reveals his plans in phases – Isaiah 28:10
“He tells us everything over and over –
One line at a time
One line at a time
A little here,
A little there !”

Start today start somewhere just start living your dreams
I talk to a lot of people and most times I hear excuses on why they haven’t started living their dreams and the big reason I hear is I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY
And yes I totally understand why won’t I, last year alone I spent over 250,000 naira in training and personal development and do you think for once I had the money sitting down somewhere – no I didn’t.
I was broke more times than I can tell sometimes I had debt up to my collar and it wasn’t because I didn’t manage my money well (you really don’t want to see how I budget; it is really strict).
The major reason was that I decided to start doing something about my life. I decided I wasn’t going to be just writing my dream every year again. I was actually going to start marking it off as done and so I made a commitment to start and just show up every day.
And the quickest thing I realized was I had to pay to learn it, it wasn’t going to come free and while I wished I can tell you that my dream and following it has started paying off in income it hasn’t yet, yes I still spend more money pursuing my dreams and hopes for the future than I currently have received
But it has started to bud and really it not about it even budding or showing. There is this joy I have every single day I wake up which is I get to live my dreams today again whether it is writing a page in my new book or talking to prospects (yes client come after you have prospects) or whether it creating a resource to help people.
I know with every fibre of my being that I will make it and I am living my life.
So while all the rambling about myself so far- it really not to show myself as the perfect individual but really to help you understand that I get you and I understand what it feels like to not have money, I work a 8- 5 (which is more like a 8-8) I get home tired and exhausted.
I have broke days and I have I “want to give up” days but I made a decision to start.
Start somewhere and start anyhow, no matter how little you have
It is going to be the same for you, you have to just start, start from somewhere and throw away the money excuse it has always been there and would always be there if you let it.
Find things you can do for people that they would pay you for that comes naturally to you, find areas of strength you never thought could be sources of income for you, that skill you of, use it, don’t wait for the big job to give you the money start where you are.
JUST start.
And please start today.
